Welcome to The Chilli Kitchen.
The Chilli Kitchen combines the talents of two professionally qualified chefs, Claire Clark and Louise Nyman.
We have been working together for twenty years delighting the taste buds and imaginations of clients with celebration cakes, buffets, dinner parties and special events.
We started making chilli jelly by chance after a disappointing purchase from a local deli. Always up for a challenge we gathered our collective jam pans, played around with ingredients and hey presto…. our first chilli jelly was born.

It became an instant hit with family and friends who encouraged us to launch our product commercially. We registered with the Department of Environment and Health, complemented our original recipe with a Hot Chilli Jelly and The Chilli Kitchen was in business.

Successful tastings at a highly respected local deli and butcher led to our first commercial orders in January 2005. Since then we have been gradually increasing our number of stockists.
