Our jellies are handmade in small batches, using only the freshest ingredients. We use no artificial flavourings, colouring, obscure chemicals, additives or preservatives common in much of the food we see today. With just the right texture of ‘not too set’ nor ‘too wobbly’ they are equally versatile to use as a dip, spread or marinade.
